Revenue Operations & Enablement Lead
ClearPoint Strategy is seeking a Revenue Enablement & Operations Lead to strengthen our go-to-market engine by driving both enablement programs and operational excellence. This role is central to how we scale: Equipping Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with the tools, training, campaigns, and insights they need to succeed.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, you’ll own the systems, processes, and playbooks that ensure ClearPoint executes efficiently, while also leading the planning and deployment of outbound campaigns that generate measurable pipeline impact.
Responsibilities
- Enablement: Develop onboarding, ongoing training, GTM playbooks, and knowledge management programs to keep our customer-facing teams aligned and effective.
- Revenue Operations: Manage forecasting, pipeline analytics, territory planning, and performance dashboards to provide leadership with accurate insights into business health.
- Outbound Campaigns: Design, launch, and optimize outbound sales and marketing campaigns in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Systems & Tools: Oversee our GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, sales intelligence, enablement platforms), ensuring adoption and ROI across the organization.
- Process Optimization: Partner cross-functionally to streamline workflows, reduce friction in the buyer journey, and ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- Insights & Reporting: Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations that guide strategy and execution.
- Culture: Foster a strong team environment by promoting and maintaining high work standards, personal responsibility and accountability, and a growth mindset.
- 3–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Enablement in SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong Salesforce expertise; Salesforce certification is a plus.
- Experience planning and executing outbound campaigns that create measurable pipeline.
- Hands-on experience managing GTM systems and reporting (HubSpot, sales intelligence, enablement tools preferred).
- Proven ability to analyze data, build dashboards, and present insights to leadership.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
